Remedy 1:Stinging Nettle,Barley,Water.

Add 1 handful of stinging nettle and 3 table spoon of barley to 8 glasses of water,boil for 15 minutes then strain.Drink in the mornings,noons and evenings 1 glass.

Continue to the remedy until complaints finish.

Remedy 2:Peppermint,Coriander,Honey,Water.

Add 1 table spoon of peppermint and 1 table spoon of coriander to 4 glasses of water.Boil for 15 minutes then strain.Drink in the mornings,noons and evenings 1 tea glass by adding 1 tea spoon of honey.

Remedy 3:Black Cumin,,Honey.

Mix 1 tea spoon of black cumin and 1 tea spoon of honey and eat in the mornings,noons and evenings.

Remedy 4:Camomile Flowers,Honey,Water.

Infuse 1 tea spoon of camomile flowers with 1 glass of boiling water for 15 minutes.Three times a day drink 1 tea glass of this tea by adding half a tea spoon of honey.

Remedy 5:Sage,Honey,Water.

Add 2 table spoon of sage to 4 glasses of water and boil.Infuse for 15 minutes.Drink in the mornings,noons and evevnings 1 glass of this tea by adding half a tea spoon of honey.

Remedy 6:Rosemary,Water.

Add 1 pinch of rosemary to 3 glasses of water.Boil and strain.Drink three times a day half a glass.

Remedy 7:Smallage,Water.

Add 2 cleaned smallage to 4 glasses of water.Boil and strain.Drink one glass at every 4 hours.

Remedy 8:Mustard,Water.

Add 1 table spoon of mustard to 4 glasses of water.Boil and strain.Three times a day drink 1 tea glass.You can add some honey.

Remedy 9:Marjoram,Water.

Add 1 pinch of marjoram to 4 glasses of water.Boil for 15 minutes.Three times a day,after meals drink one tea glass.

Remedy 10:Fennel,Water.

Add 2 tea spoon of fennel to 4 glasses of water.Boil and strain.Drink one tea glass once a day.
